  I wish I would have read the reviews prior to using them. I have the same issues as the other reviewers. They answer the first time you call then, after they come out and take your money for the "Diagnostic Fee" You'll never here from them again. I'm going to press charges. They are hiding behind "diagnostic fee". It's a pretty smooth scam. I could do it myself. Advertise I'm a TV repair. come out, say it's the "mother board", say I''ll be back with the part...BAM! never return. They can say "well I never charged you for the part, I only charged for the diagnostic. " Yeah I'm going to the police. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
