  Was always pretty satisfied with the company but had a follow-up appointment recently and the tech called when he was supposed to be here to ask if he could come 3 hours later, which was fine, because I was going to be home. Then he called 45 minutes after he said that he would be here and said he was 45 minutes away, which would have put him smack into out dinner hour. I asked him if we could just reschedule and he said "Sure, that would be great as I have another appointment and I've been running late all day because they scheduled some emergencies in." Well, I've never heard back despite leaving them several messages.....Crazy treatment! Guess they have too many customers now to take care of people who have been with them for years!
