  Went into the shop looking to get an oil change done for my girlfriend's car. She was driving separately and coming from another town. We planned to drop the car and go have lunch while the oil change was being done. I was on the phone giving her directions to the place...pulled the phone away from my mouth and asked the guy behind the counter if they had time to do an oil change. He was not busy. He never looked up, but said, "are you off the phone yet?" Completely ignorant. I was giving directions to the place. All of these negative reviews about the level of disrespect and ignorance...all true...witnessed it first hand.
