  I was in the area and noticed that I had procrastinated on my oil change and had some time to kill. Walked in (without an appointment) and was greeted by friendly staff. I was given professional and attentive service by Mike who probably could tell I am not in any way a car guru, and explained his process and that he would have me out in no time.
  This experience was great. Normally when I've gone to my dealership, they take my car and shuffle me into a room with a TV and ignore me for a few hours, however, Mike was so attentive and made sure I didn't feel neglected and I felt trust that if he saw something else that needed attention he would handle it, all with effectively communicating information to me in terms I could understand.
  New Lenox may be a bit of a hike for a city girl but definitely a pleasant surprise and worth the drive up there for the professionalism, attention and polite staff.
  Thanks Mike, he is the best!!!
