  I live in Chicago and come all the way out to New Lenox to get my teeth cleaned. Great customer service and always a relaxing experience. The entire staff is very kind and welcoming. I would recommend anyone who is in need of a new dentist to check out this facility. You won’t regret it!

  Dentistry so far is top notch. If I'm being nit picky, there are a few comfort level issues that I would like to see improvement on, but as far as safe, effective and cutting edge dentistry they are getting my business so that says something.
  I do think they could take a bit more time talking with patients. I wasn't fond of the suggestion to take my 6year old back for x-rays without me, although they had no problem when I came back to supervise anyway.
  I just had two cavities filled, I felt the technician was a bit not in the present, distracted by television and rough with the tools in my mouth. I also think a bit more communication in terms of open mouth, etc would have been nice.
  They were pleasant, calm and reassuring through the numbing process, which was helpful. And, they fitted me awhile back for a fabulous bite guard that is more comfortable than my previous one and therefore I wear it more, which is great!!
  Nelson Ridge Dental is doing quite a bit very well, just a few finesse issues and they'll get my 5star rating.
