  Wouldn't take responsibility for their wash literally ripping an entire wiper assembly off my car. Not once, but twice. Figured the first one was a fluke and it only damaged the cover which was an easy fix. Second go around it pulled so hard it nearly broke my rear window. I wish I was being hyperbolic. I'm not.
  
  Then, their slob of a manager, barely able to get words out of his mouth through either incompetence or stupidity, muttered something about "we're not responsible for damaging your car."
  
  Which is funny, because if that were true they wouldn't be required to carry such a huge insurance policy.
