  Words cannnot express how amazing Corey and his staff/coaches are. I suffer with a bad left knee and they always modify what I can do and after only 6 weeks my knee feels stronger and I’m down 13 pounds. Everyone is encouraging and friendly. It’s not just about weight loss, it’s about making us stronger and that is worth so much more. After My 6 week challenge, I have now decided to continue my journey and become a member of this amazing CrossFit team.

  I didn't know what to expect when I started and was a little nervous about going out of my comfort zone. I decided to try the six week challenge to try it out. I couldn't be more happy with my decision. Only 5 weeks in and I feel fantastic! Definitely stronger and my clothes are looser.
  The trainers are very knowledgeable and give sound educated advice. Definitely years of experience here.
  I can't say enough about the comradery here. Everyone is so encouraging to everyone else and no matter what level you are at, they push you to do your personal best. I love the accountability, no BS, no excuses, you got this attitude!
